EXECUTIVE COACHING

The higher your level of leadership, the more you need to have the right people around you to strengthen and support your personal and professional growth. As a leader, the influence that comes with your role directly impacts other people. The responsibility of leading others can be heavy, but the weight can be shared with the right coach alongside you.

Many leaders lack an ally who will come alongside them as they lead. As your coach, I am part of your solution. I am a sounding board and ally. I can strengthen and support your personal and professional growth by working with you through your leadership journey. I am a resource for your career and the broader picture of the life you are trying to build.

Leading others can be complex: exciting, inspiring, challenging and stressful all at once. The realities of leadership can be lonely, especially if you lead in high-pressure, high-performance environments. If you are looking for a coach who understands the satisfaction and complexity of professional leadership, please get in touch via the contact card so we can discuss what you are looking for and what aspects of your personal and professional growth you would like to work on.

Questions to ask yourself as we prepare to connect:

  1. What do I hope to get from the coaching process with Kris?
  2. What aspects of my personal and professional vision would I like to work on with Kris?
  3. What is missing or needs to be added to my personal or professional development that compels me to consider coaching?
  4. Am I prepared to do the work associated with the coaching process to maximise its effectiveness in my life?
  5. What are my values, and are there places where my lifestyle is out of alignment with my values?

How much do you charge for coaching?
  • As a Coach, my professional charges range from $175 - $250 per hour plus GST and are part of a broader discussion about what you're looking for, where you would like me to travel, and your specific requirements.
  • Each individual session is 50mins to one hour in length.
  • One-off coaching, quarterly and annual packages are available.

Executive Coaching - 4 Key Questions

1. What is your experience and expertise as an executive coach?

With over a decade of experience as an executive coach, I have worked with leaders from various industries and backgrounds. I have successfully supported executives in navigating complex challenges, enhancing their leadership skills, and achieving their professional goals.

My expertise lies in leadership development, emotional intelligence, effective communication, building organisational and team culture and change management. I continually invest in my own personal and professional development.

2. What is your coaching approach and methodology?

As an Executive Coach, I believe in a collaborative and client-centered approach. My methodology focuses on building a strong rapport with my clients and creating a safe space for exploration and growth. I employ a combination of evidence-based techniques, such as active listening, powerful questioning, and goal-setting frameworks, to facilitate meaningful insights and sustainable change. I believe in a holistic approach that considers personal and professional leadership development aspects.

Industry jargon aside, I am a person who values authenticity and genuinely cares about the growth, success and wellbeing of my clients.

3. How do you ensure confidentiality and privacy during the coaching process?

Confidentiality and privacy are paramount in the coaching relationship. I adhere to the ethical guidelines of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and maintain the highest level of confidentiality with my clients.

I prioritise creating a safe and trusted environment where leaders can openly explore their challenges and aspirations. I treat the information shared during our sessions with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.

4. What are your preferred methods of communication and availability for sessions?

In terms of communication, I am comfortable with various modes, including face-to-face meetings, zoom meetings, phone calls, and email exchanges. We can discuss and determine the best method of communication that suits your preferences and ensures seamless collaboration throughout our coaching journey.

I understand the importance of flexibility and effective communication in the coaching process.

The leaders I work with require flexible working hours from their coach. I try to accommodate my client's availability with a level of flexibility. As my coaching and supervision availabilities are limited and tend to book out, I suggest clients book their session times for the year during or after the first session.
